Manfrotto 562 B-1

The Manfrotto 562B-1 Fluid Monopod is a telescoping aluminum support for video cameras that features a robust fluid element at its base. That's the feature that set apart its predecessor, the 562B. The four-section 562B-1 improves upon that signature fluid-cartridge base with a more rugged fluid element for smoother panning.

The monopod is designed for use with camcorders weighing up to 17.6 lb. The included 357PLV quick-release plate features both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting studs plus a standard video pin, and it slides to adjust the camera's center of balance. That way your monopod balances correctly on its three retractable feet even it has an uneven payload. The 5626B folds down to a sleek 27.2" for transport.
